At Boom Arts Academy, we take respecting and protecting privacy and your data very seriously, while always aiming to comply fully with all applicable data protection and privacy laws. We have created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our strong commitment to protecting the privacy of all visitors to our online store.

Customer Purchase
This data is collected via the Boom Arts Academy website, during the checkout process. No payment information is stored by Boom Arts Academy and is processed by PayPal/Stripe.

Cookies are very small pieces of information which allow us to make sure we are showing you the information you need to see. The cookies we create and store in your browser allow us to track whether you’re logged in and a unique identifier so we can safely view any stored information about you when needed (such as when you place an order). No personal information such as emails or passwords are stored in cookies.

If you hold an account with our online website boomartsacademy.com, you can login at any time to view and amend your data, such as billing and shipping information and payment methods (which are stored with Stripe not on our servers)

  • Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict our use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where we are required to store data for legal reasons) we will generally delete your personal information upon request.
