We would firstly like to extend our thanks for all your support and patience throughout Covid-19. As you are aware, due to the closure of theatres our show has been rescheduled from June 2020 to July 2022. Any payments made for the show will be directly transferred to the July 2022 performance, including DVD, costume and ticket purchases. You will be contacted individually regarding this.
All students attending our independent Boom Arts classes (Kenley Memorial Hall, 1st Biggin Hill Scout Hut, Sanderstead Methodist Church and Shirley Harris Benson) will be invited to perform in our “Back to the Boomovies show” on July 16th 2022.
Show dance terms are always very exciting as it gives the students a break from syllabus and exam work, with a chance to learn more dance sequences to a high standard. We are sure the children will find the experience performing on stage with costumes, props, lighting and an audience - exhilarating!
It is IMPERATIVE that students attend all classes and rehearsals in order to endorse our health and safety procedures and maintain a consistent quality of performance. Please also be aware of the impact any students that wish to discontinue a routine will have on the rest of the performance as this will inevitably mean routines will need to changed or students could be left without a partner.
Please note: there will be no classes on the day of the show, these will be made up on daytime rehearsals within the theatre.
PLEASE BE AWARE WHEN YOU SIGN UP THAT YOU ARE FULLY COMMITTED TO ATTEND ALL CLASSES AND REHEARSALS – WHICH ARE MANDATORY.
